Full Description of bus
12m eBus is the first ‘modular’ bus built by BYD with an all-new aluminium body, hence such new way of building has helped to reduce gross weight by around 4%, reducing maintenance cost and improving battery efficiency. BYD eBus 12m has two- and three-door variants with a maximum capacity of 80 passengers. Also, the bus comes with variations on its charging methods, as AC charging, DC charging and opportunity charging are all available, while BYD's Smart Monitoring and Diagnosing System (SMDS) allows bus operators to monitor the real-time status of their eBuses and their charging posts.
