About the Terminus
Shek O Bus Terminal, located near Shek O Beach on the east end of Shek O Road, is a parking bay bus terminal. Because Shek O Road is quite narrow, route 9 needs to use short-body buses to walk, and buses usually have to reverse when leaving the terminus. Due to the small area of Shek O Terminus, the bus terminus will be relocated to the car park at Shek O Beach every summer weekend and holiday, in order to divert passengers as soon as possible.
